What’s the catch?
There is no catch. You can sell your property with 0% upfront fee.
We cover the advertising and signboards.
For a concluded sale we charge 0.3% — that is one fifth of the cost of a normal sale when you factor in fees, VAT and marketing costs.
Are there any requirements?
Yes there is, we will need to verify the listing before your property can be fully listed. We also require a sign board put up. The sign board and its fitting are free.
What do I need to do once I have listed my property?
You will need to show your property just pick a date and time that suits you and people will book a time slot to view it.
What is verifying the property?
We need to verify the property is the property described in the ad and the person listing the property is the owner. At an agreed time one of our verification team will be out to verify the listing and step the owner through the sale or rent process.
I don’t want to show it can you do it for me?
We can do that for you as we are also licensed property estate agents. We do this for a negotiated fee. You can discuss this with the verification team.
